Ya i knew this blog is rotten or very dusty already.
I am to make some noise.

Nest = Can stop making a fuse of small things? problem sure can be solve and wats the point of keep comparing and saying who is more tired and stress? i knew every one are tired and stress. But can grow up and not be so childish. And seriously, i think u need to bare some respoisibility and not only tot that your $ is that damn big. So wat if the money its there? look, u are very lucky already and u better know how to cherish and not being so insensible. Hope that $ is not the root again... though it sure affects. ($_$)

Income:
YES. I really cannot stand. I find myself rather suay or unlucky. I dun think is i cannot work but the load and procedure is so wrong. And the environment was like wtf? This is a work place, we are here to work and bring money home to keep ourselve living and not even sick also have to work! This is not mine own business so i will not go that limit. I dun think its e matter of responsibility. So what i work so hard, clean ur left over shit and carry all this "HEI GUO" but the credits goes to you?

I left Link for better future, experiences and because i dun wan to be a customer service only. Further more the ppl there are too slack and only care about their own ass. till the extend, if u help them, they might tot u are hurting them. perhaps this people are just too free or negative. nevertheless, my main objective was to find a job with something i like to do more.

Joined a Design company. The environment was ultra unhealthy. Thou its a chinese environment, but what happen when u hear the boss shouting and screwing ppl every day in and outside the office? bringing emo to work. even colleagues as well. every day just da bao during lunch. Work till mid night with no OT claim. Just because u are a EXECUTIVE.

Left there and then is where i m being stucked now.This job not only causing my stress, but till the extend that affect my studies, which leading me into FEAR for my work and studies.

I have been working everyday from 8.30am till 10.30pm - 1am, if there is no sch. Even if there is sch, i will have to clear finish all the urgent stuff, leaving all the secondary urgent to be accomplish in the next morning and late for sch. Because of many sleepless night, i have been falling aslp first half of the lesson in class without knowing it. I have not absorb anything this term yet. I know shit about my Econs and Marketing. I cannot afford to fail. I need to do something.

Why dont quit? Because i am naive enough to think i will stay for long term, 3mths is nothing why not give a try? i have nth to lose.. but now i see what i am losing. Families, studies, time for my love and myself.

I have to answer the fucking ringing phone like a Call centre call agent non-stop (till e extend i am irritated and curse whenever i hear a phone ring). And 90% of the call picked up was complain, making a fuse for the delayed, or demanding urgent request which i dont deserve to rush for them. Tried reject this educated corporate people due to our working procedure, got insulted (in a nice tone with awful words) and hanged up the phone with debts kind of owing to return them a call with good news to them.

Clearing email like a email enquires agent. Each day 100+ plus email individualy for personal and company enquires.

I have to manually chop this "paper" pieces by pieces. my highest record now is stamping 10-12thousands of pieces per day. Then, i have to do liases with many 3rd parties like a sales Co-ordinator, arrange and serve this clients up front when their visit at myside, with many in efficient procedure which tooks up more den 1/3 of my time at work..

And other administrative staff assign from time to time = short notice period and expect me to find a meeting room with ur requirement. doing collaterals like filing newspaper and piles of datas entrys, invoice checks... bla bla bla. Because i am a Admin Assistant. I understand. But is with my title and salaries, is this the load and scope i deserves? Like my ex-colleague
mentioned, hey! i m clearing ur backlogs, ur shits left behind and what u expect more?

What they expect?
I submited my first claim of OT and cab fare after 1 mth.
6.50pm (i suppose to knock off at 6pm but i gave up that thoughs already), she came to me and asked, why are u still here in office? those paper already prepared isnt it?

ME: Yes but i need to clear the email back log, its near a week already.
She: Look, i see u every day like that plus u have studies, very shag. why not u go home and clear this back log?
ME: What if i need to print, need file attachment and other things which requires to check which only the company have?
She: U can print it tomorrow morning when u are here. I duno. but u have to find a way and think it thru to execute. If this carry on its not a solution. Maybe when u go home, have dinner, bath and continue clear ur email, u will feel better. You have to think of a way.

Me: Fine. Okay. I try.

But deep within me i think, U told me not to have backlog for email. U all expect so much from me, do this do that with a short time line, rush like an idoit, do so much and u still have the face to ask me work from home? Am i being too kind or good to take advantage. You all are executives with high paid (heard from other dept) and i dun understand why u all work this mad but i dont think i need to be sick like u all. AS an employee, i m willing to do OT for u whenever request i think i have already did mine part. And now u have the face to ask me work from home? haha. wat a joke.

Its not that i dun wan to try to help u all and perserve in this job. But this is not what i wan. And it already breeds one of my principle which is dragging my WHOLE body to work every day. Pointless, meaningless and lifeless.

All of us need to keep a key which locks up this cash worth items. All of u have a spare key with another person in case of ur absent. But why i dont have? Even when i am on MC, i still have to go back office to hand over this cash worth items, prepare for this urgent stupid request which occurs every day, and stay till 12+PM before i can go for my MC? No one suppose to be indispensable and what is the constigency plan for your work flow?

I just feel every thing was like wtf. I feel sway. I know i talk to much to others about my works, because i have changes more then one, and ppl may have the perception that i am the problem and not the work. hence, i dun wan to go into details to every one. because i knew, at this age, every one has more stress and individual problems already. But if there is a pair of listening ear, helping hand out there.. i will be very grateful. Because, my sense of direction is not that clear any more.

Ok. I will have to suffer another 7 weeks before i can tender. Exam is around the corner. I have to serve 2weeks if i tender so in total would be 9 weeks.

Then if i go jobless again, i wonder if i can support if any urgent things happens to my family. But i feel like having a break before i can start all over again. Can I? I pray hard.

And now, just receive a order from tigeress and i need to spit out some money again... so far i still can try to support them. but how long can i edure? Dont think. Because they are my loves one, i will give my best. But again, the though of quitting my current disgusting sickening job will affect my supporting power to them. Though my parent also ask me quit when 3 mths reach haha..

So long didnt blog and seems to be a very emo one. Who ever happens to have the endurance to read till this part. Thank you and salute haha.

every tin seems so unexpected, even expected i m lost too. hopefully is because i dun have enuff slp last night hence i cannot think..

Friday night.

just finish house chores...supposed to b dad's share but seeing him so tired and fall aslp on the sofa...den just do with mind running..running wats in my head today whole day.

Recently watching Hei Tang Ma Qi Duo...didnt share in public because i tin ppl will tin bang bang tang and hei se hui mei mei damn gay. cannot blame. cuz that used to b my thinking too. but now, watching their effort, talent and hardwork+effort..ok @ least start to see them more offen. although they might not b innate in singing or dancing, but their effort are for real. and they cherish every chances given to them. come to think of it, when u are a teenager, can u manage ur studies well plus work and their work is really to crack their brain, put in effort, plan for the audience and make them survive in the entertainment work.

And do u tin u still can sing, dance, perform and manage as well as them? Futher more, still have to cope wit ur own studies.

i love luv music. e melody & vocal.though i m not talent type, but at least i try. standing on the stage and perform...mayb next life if i m born in taiwan hahahaahahhaa...taiwan madness again.

Back to the show hei tang ma qi duo, show regarding 6 brotherhood and 10 sisters. of cuz, all of them are from the same high sch and class.The content of how they go thru every tin,regarding competition,relastionship and frenship, strongly gave me e feeling of back to secondary sch..also some lame part just naturally put the grin on my face =) theres 3 theme song inside. Sang by BangBangTang (lolipop) & 9 niu niu(Hei se hui mei mei).1) Hei Tang Xiu - Opening song, fully represent the though of youngster and teenagers now adays. listening to this brings u to a better relax mood. 2) Ai Qing Ma Qi Duo - Sang by BBT only..e song that touch be recently. Especially the part be4 chorus. for ppl reading, may go and listen and tell me if u share the same feelings as me. 3) Ku Cha (bitter tea) - a really v nice + recommended song. the chorus sang by 9NiuNiu was greatly fitted into the song.I hope i can play this song on my keyboard!

Comes to keyboard..i m dying to go for lesson..hopefully every tin can peace down soon n i can concentrate on wat i wan to do..also in order to do so..a better paid job is requires..a better pay job? A better qualification requires...unless i step into dog shit luck and manage to find chances...to have a job i love and no need qualification..i swear i will work with my life.

Due to the show & song effect i guess..My mind was running wat happen in the past and every thing. alot flash back again..

Mum finished her Ops just now.

She look in pain and suffered.

Really felt miserable and heart pain with her seeing her in that state.

Blood pressure and heart beat every tin so far still stable.

Outcome still duno yet.

Doctor will see us tml morning @8.30am.. Hopefully every tin will turns well...really. She dun deserve any misery @ the 1st place.

Guess she need to take quite some times to recover as this was such major operation.

Dear god please look after her.

Discussed with my dad and bro.. hire a maid? they wanted to..but can i afford? i puzzled in my heart.

This morning wake up with lot of phlegm in my throat..got i going to "pu rua" already...

caught out the phlegm..i was shock..phlegm with blood..dun tell me my life really need to be so dramatic..lol. But really all phlegm have blood..guess is my throat got some thing wrong ba haha.. quite worried actually..not really because of death..is burden. i can let off my family now..still have alot undone/unclear stuff waiting for me ahead..i must hang on.mayb i tin too much but i always wish to prepare for the worst.

Slept for 12 hours to recover my slp from the past few days companying my colleague to go shop for present...its like the last time only when i have gf den i keep shop n shop n shop...leg goin to broke soon..

Last yr ago de today..i was thinking..how would be next next christmas be?how would i be after 1 yr ltr? now i gotta the ans.. =)

After 12 hr of slp,only saw a msg when i woke up..its from some 1 connected from my previous work place..sending me christmas wishing msg..as a manner,i replied.then i start to think bout the rest of my work palce hence i drop them a msg too...almost all replied me back..got a little bit of missing feeling...and start to think of the joy last yr...

reach hm n saw e food she prepare for dinner despite her gastric had alrdy pain for 1whole day

beside e normal food (rice n other dish),1 more tin came out.there is still porridge too.

went to bathroom n saw mountian dinner clothes.

not much water left to drink oso.

da ge drove da sao back 1st n went back to make registration for her admition

after every 1 bathed,da sao throw all e clothes into e washing machine den we slow figure wat to do step by step.no 1 really noe how to operate e washing machine.

den she boil water, take down all e clothes tts hanging wit my sis n fold them into cupboard

after my supper,i start to clear e food n wash e dish.

for ur info,its e 1st time i was all e dish by myself for a normal proper meal in my hse

i took 30mins.alot of thinkin juz flow in my mind.

it was den i realise how hard its is to wash e rice cooker
she is not doin nth at hm
she had alot of chores too
w/o her is more den losing part of e body
i m learn to b more independent
there is a reason behind she nags
i was takin tins for granted

but e Q was damn long n i remember there will ask for table number.e coffee shop was quite pack oso.i see liao oso sian.so walk to long john...ALSO FULL.den walk n walk to kfc...half way no mood to eat liao.(thou still hungry)

Yesterday (wed)went jalan wit raymond..thx to him any way.u noooooeee...hahah.den went back amk.tried this new game called "left4dead" (if i didnt remember e name wrongly lolx) its a game like resident evil but can lan i tin.4 player chiong tgt stage by stage.really quite exciting...starting tio scare liao hahahaha...ppl free go play wit me.lets complete it! haha...

Yestday and today didnt really have lot customer,thurs its quite boring at work oso..

Jason ordered a turky from botak jones which cost $120..includs bread n jam haha.serious.so n so oly.nt really v nice.BUT e mid nitez show we catch is fantastic n i really love it.wit my favorite ang mo actor JIM CARREY!(hopes i didnt spell his name wrongly lolx) been liking him since "The Mask".Mayb cuz i love comedy alot?but seriously it will really makes u laugh till ur jaw drop..espeacially e part he start to speak korean to this korean gal till he save this suicide guy...farkin funny,laughing non-stop for e 5mins?haha..trust me it worths.

Feel quite relive now?haha.i found myself more comfaortable when talkin to ppl wu r more "mature" den me.(Not OLD plz dun tak me wrong) haha..its like they had seen n exp more n oso some of their points n words r really meaningful.any way wu u facing outside e world,is not others but urself.u always haf a choice n decision.mayb not always but most of the times haha.change urself to b better rite?haha..
